This place has a great location, super close to Phon King Phet Park, so you can easily walk there. the staff is friendly and the rooms are well-lit, with a good TV and a hot water heater that works perfectly 💦.

Fantastic location in the middle of everything. 5 minute walk to the beach where there are umbrellas, deck chairs, and food and beer stalls. 5 minutes walk to the bar streets. Restaurants all around the property. Lovely lobby area and a quaint pool at the back. They pack a lot into this little hotel. Even had car parking.

Dirty room, not been cleaned thoroughly at all. Lots of noise from the hotel next door starting at 6am.

Loved staying near the famous Hua Hin Railway Station and Clock Tower, felt like a true aristocrat; the shared lounge was a great place for mingling with other posh guests.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Hua Hin and had a great experience at Assasa Huahin. the location was perfect, right in the town center and close to the piers and beach. the staff were friendly and easy to deal with, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast provided was basic American fare, but sufficient. the room and bed were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. we found the hotel to be excellent value for its prime location and proximity to the beach. Cons: Everything was great! 👍.

The Assassa had beautiful and clean facilities with comfortable beds and fresh white linen. The aircon and TV were good, and the teak furniture and curtains added to the lovely ambiance.
